Anti-AMPKγ1/2/3 (K78) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against AMPKγ1/2/3 (K78) and is validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), including ICC/IF applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of human AMPKγ1. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total AMPKγ protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weights of the detected proteins are approximately 38, 54, and 63 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
