Anti-AMPKβ1 (V175) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against AMPKβ1, with the immunogen being a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 143–190 of Human AMPKβ1. The antibody detects endogenous levels of AMPKβ1 protein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the unconjugated antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Purity exceeds 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, following affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and the reported molecular weight is ~ 38 kDa.
