Anti-AMPKβ1 (phospho-S181) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit is supplied by Antibodies.com and targets AMPKβ1 phosphorylated at Serine 181. It is unconjugated and reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human AMPKβ1 around the phosphorylation site of Serine 181, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of AMPKβ1 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser181. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 38 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
