Anti-AMPKß1 (phospho S108) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against AMPK beta 1 when phosphorylated at Ser108. The unconjugated liquid reagent is intended for Western blot (WB) applications and has been validated for reactivity with human samples.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is suggested. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 48 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
