Anti-Amphetamine Antibody

Produced under the Antibodies.com portfolio of primary antibodies, this purified monoclonal reagent is raised in mouse against amphetamine and is supplied as a 1 mg unit of unconjugated, Protein A–purified immunoglobulin intended for ELISA-based immunoassays, with published compatibility also extending to lateral flow workflows. The clone is of the IgG1 kappa isotype, the antibody is presented in a 0.015 M potassium phosphate buffer at pH 7.2 containing 0.85% sodium chloride, and lot purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Specificity profiling indicates 100% reactivity against the amphetamine target, with low cross-reactivity reported for methamphetamine (approximately 0.5%) and MDMA (approximately 0.3%), supporting its use as a detection reagent in competitive-inhibition assay formats. For handling, the supplier recommends short-term storage at +2 to +8 °C (up to two weeks) and long-term storage at –20 °C, with care taken to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles that can compromise binding activity.
