Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets AMPH and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human and mouse samples, presented as a liquid formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.
The immunogen is recombinant full-length human AMPH, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of AMPH protein. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. Reported molecular weights are approximately 76 kDa and 128 kDa.
