Anti-AMPD3 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers an antibody range targeting the AMPD3 protein in both polyclonal and monoclonal formats. The rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–260 of human AMPD3 (NP_000471.1). Validated for Western blotting at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:2,000, it cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is supplied as an unconjugated IgG liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 89 kDa and purification by affinity chromatography.

For immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue, the mouse monoclonal antibody clone AMPD3/901 is provided. It is of the IgG2b isotype with a kappa light chain, unconjugated, raised against recombinant full-length human AMPD3 protein, and validated for IHC-P at 2–4 µg/ml on human samples, with a reported molecular weight of approximately 90 kDa. The standard formulation is supplied in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline with 0.05% BSA and 0.05% sodium azide at 200 µg/ml, while a carrier- and preservative-free formulation is supplied at 1 mg/ml in 10 mM Phosphate Buffered Saline without sodium azide. Both monoclonal formats are purified by Protein A/G chromatography.

Storage conditions are consistent across the range: shipped at 4°C, aliquoted upon receipt, and stored at −20°C with avoidance of freeze/thaw cycles.
