Anti-AMPD1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises AMPD1 (adenosine monophosphate deaminase 1). The unconjugated IgG antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is raised against a synthetic peptide of human AMPD1 and purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2000 and IHC: 1:50-1:100. The target protein has a molecular weight of 80kDa and is reported to be group-enriched in skeletal muscle and tongue tissues. The antibody is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.30) containing 0.02% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
