Anti-AMOT Antibody

An unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG reagent directed against Angiomotin (AMOT). It is validated for Western blot applications, with reactivity confirmed against human samples and, according to the manufacturer's data sheet, mouse.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–300 of human AMOT (NP_573572.1). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified with concentration specified per lot. The predicted molecular weight is 70 kDa and recommended Western blot dilutions range from 1:500 to 1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. One scientific validation image is provided.
