Anti-AML1 (RUNX1) Antibody

The immunogen corresponds to a region around amino acids 6–10 (D-A-S-T-S) of human AML1 (RUNX1), and the antibody is reported to detect endogenous levels of total AML1 (RUNX1) protein. It is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Antibodies were generated by immunizing rabbits with synthetic peptide and KLH conjugates and purified by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific peptide.
