Anti-AMH Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, targets AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone). The IgG antibody is unconjugated and is validated for use in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 360–560 of human AMH (NP_000470.3). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, as a liquid preparation with a molecular weight of 60 kDa. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for Western blot, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:50–1:100 for immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence. The product is classified as a Primary Antibody.
