Anti-AMD1 Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the AMD1 target (also known as AdoMetDC, S-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase proenzyme and SAMDC) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The unconjugated IgG is purified by affinity methods and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, where it is typically used at a working dilution of 1:500–1:1,000, and detects the endogenous protein with the predicted molecular weight of approximately 32–42 kDa. Reactivity has been confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples, making the reagent suitable for cross-species studies of polyamine biosynthesis pathways. The antibody is recommended for short-term refrigerated storage (2–8 °C) and for longer term retention at -20 °C in small aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, and is intended for research use only.
