Anti-AMBP Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against AMBP, also known as Alpha 1 microglobulin, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. This unconjugated antibody is produced in rabbit and validated for western blot (WB) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. The product is supplied as a liquid and recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 46 kDa.

The immunogen used is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 20–202 of human AMBP (NP_001624.1). The antibody is purified by affinity purification and provided in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. For western blotting, the manufacturer recommends a dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000.
