Anti-ALY Antibody

ALY/ALYREF functions as a key adapter in the TREX (transcription/export) complex, bridging mRNA processing in the nucleus with nuclear-cytoplasmic transport, and has been studied in the context of viral mRNA export, DNA damage responses, and oncogenic splicing programs. The reagent is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot of polyclonal rabbit serum that detects endogenous ALY protein without a conjugated reporter, allowing the user to pair it with their preferred secondary antibody and detection chemistry.
