Anti-ALS2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for ALS2 research, this rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 260–429 of human ALS2 (NP_065970.2). The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 184 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography.
