Anti-ALPI Antibody

From Antibodies.com's Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal IgG is raised against human intestinal alkaline phosphatase (ALPI) and is validated for Western blotting applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with human samples and is supplied in liquid form following affinity purification.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–240 of human ALPI (NP_001622.2). The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and a molecular weight of 72 kDa is reported. For Western blotting, the manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon arrival, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
