Anti-alpha Tubulin Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to alpha Tubulin, unconjugated and supplied in liquid form by Antibodies.com. The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence within amino acids 1-80 of the human Alpha-tubulin (ubiquitous) chain (NP_006073.2) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is of the IgG isotype and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200.

The reagent has a molecular weight of 50 kDa and is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal.
