Anti-alpha Internexin Antibody [2E3]

A mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 2E3) targeting alpha Internexin, available from Antibodies.com as a liquid preparation. The IgG1 isotype antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human, Rat, Mouse and Bovine samples.

The antibody was raised against recombinant full-length rat alpha Internexin expressed in and purified from E. coli, and was purified by immunogen affinity purification. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol and 5 mM Sodium Azide. The target protein migrates at 64-66 kDa by SDS-PAGE. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:10,000, ICC/IF: 1:1,000-5,000 and IHC: 1:1,000-5,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
