Anti-alpha 1 Antichymotrypsin Antibody [B7B10]

This Mouse monoclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against alpha 1 Antichymotrypsin and is designated clone B7B10. The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and is provided unconjugated in lyophilised form.

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the reagent reacts with Human samples. It is produced in a Mouse host and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. The immunogen is human plasma derived α1-antichymotrypsin.

The product is lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2 and should be reconstituted with double distilled water. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
