Anti-alpha 1 Antichymotrypsin Antibody [3E11]

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, the mouse monoclonal [3E11] antibody targets alpha 1 Antichymotrypsin. Raised against human plasma-derived a1-antichymotrypsin and produced in mouse as an IgG1 isotype, the unconjugated reagent is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2, with purification by Protein G affinity chromatography.

The antibody has been validated for Western Blot (WB) applications and reacts with human samples. The lyophilised product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. For use, the antibody is reconstituted with double distilled water; the final concentration is reconstitution dependent.
