Anti-ALOXE3 Antibody

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human ALOXE3 (NP_067641.2), a target with a reported molecular weight of 81 kDa. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. A recommended Western blot dilution of 1:500–1:2,000 is advised, supported by one scientific validation image.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
