Anti-ALOX5 (phospho S271) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody offered by Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S271 of human ALOX5 (NP_000689.1). The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified to a lot-specific concentration.

Validated for Western blot on human samples, with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500-1:2,000. The antibody recognises 5 Lipoxygenase/5-LO at the phospho Ser271 modification, with a target molecular weight of 78 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
