Anti-ALOX5 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ALOX5 (also known as 5 Lipoxygenase/5-LO) and is provided in an unconjugated format with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–200 of ALOX5 (NP_000689.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 75 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:100-1:500, IHC: 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
