Anti-ALOX15B Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody offered by Antibodies.com is raised against the ALOX15B target. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, produced in rabbit, and validated for use in Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF). It reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen used to generate the antibody is recombinant full length Human ALOX15B, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of ALOX15B protein. The observed molecular weight of the target is approximately 76 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
