Anti-ALKBH7 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ALKBH7, produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for western blotting. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It has been validated for use in WB and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples, with affinity purification carried out during manufacture.

The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:200–1:2,000. The target protein migrates at a molecular weight of 26–30 kDa. Shipping is at 4°C, with aliquoting and storage at –20°C recommended upon receipt, and freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–221 of human ALKBH7 (NP_115682.1).
