Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody to ALK (W1503), offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB). The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1470-1523 of Human ALK. The antibody detects endogenous levels of ALK protein, with an observed molecular weight of ~ 170 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
