Anti-Aldolase B Antibody

Offered through the Antibodies.com catalogue as part of the Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit-derived reagent provides robust detection of Aldolase B (ALDOB), a liver-type fructose-bisphosphate aldolase implicated in glycolysis and fructose metabolism. The polyclonal antibody is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Aldolase B.
