Anti-ALDH7A1 Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against ALDH7A1, supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent with a reported lot-specific concentration. The antibody is of the IgG isotype, has been affinity purified, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 58 kDa, and the antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 430–539 of human ALDH7A1 (NP_001173.2). It is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide.

Recommended working dilutions are WB at 1:1,000–1:4,000, IHC at 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF at 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
