Anti-ALDH2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against ALDH2 is available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG primary antibody. The target is ALDH2 and the reagent is supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified preparation. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 321–480 of human ALDH2 (NP_000681.2).

The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC: 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The expected molecular weight range is 50 - 56 kDa. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and the concentration is lot specific.
