Anti-ALCAM Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against ALCAM (also known as CD166) and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot applications. The antibody reacts with Human and Mouse samples and was generated using a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 28–180 of human CD166/ALCAM (NP_001618.2).

Affinity-purified and provided in liquid form, the reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and targets a protein with a molecular weight of 105 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
