Anti-Albumin Antibody [KT32]

Antibodies.com offers this Mouse monoclonal antibody to Albumin, supplied as a primary antibody in unconjugated, liquid form. The clone, designated KT32, is of the IgG1 isotype and has been validated for ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human samples, with Human albumin serving as the immunogen.

The product is provided at a concentration of 1 mg/ml and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.09% Sodium Azide. The IgG fraction is purified through a Protein A column. Recommended working dilutions are 1 µg/ml for ELISA and 1/1,000–1/10,000 for WB. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
