Anti-ALAS2 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ALAS2 (also referred to as ALAS2/ASB). It is of the IgG isotype and provided in unconjugated form. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) application and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:500–1:2,000.

The product is supplied as a liquid; the target protein has a molecular weight of 60 kDa. The immunogen used to generate the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 50–320 of human ALAS2 (NP_001033057.1).

Purification is performed by affinity chromatography, and the antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
