Anti-ALAS1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Anti-ALAS1 reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant human ALAS1 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography to detect endogenous levels of total ALAS1 protein. Supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated preparation is intended primarily for Western blot (WB) applications and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples. Each vial is shipped at 4 °C and, upon arrival, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody integrity.
