Anti-AlaRS Antibody

The Anti-AlaRS Antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against alanyl-tRNA synthetase (AARS1), the cytoplasmic housekeeping enzyme that charges tRNA-Ala with alanine during protein translation. Supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot in a vial, this unconjugated IgG is validated for western blot and immunofluorescence on human, hamster, and mouse samples. The antibody is provided in a glycerol/PBS formulation and should be stored at -20 °C, with working aliquots prepared to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
