Anti-ALAD Antibody

Validated applications across the available variants include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), ICC/IF, and ELISA. Reactivity is reported for Human samples, with one variant also covering Mouse. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquots should be stored at -20°C and protected from repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-330 of human ALAD (NP_000022.3). Reported molecular weight for the target is 35 kDa in one variant and 36 kDa in another. Recommended working dilutions, where stated, are WB 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. Reported formulations include phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, or PBS pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide.
