Anti-AKT3 Antibody [E18-H]

A rabbit monoclonal primary antibody recognising AKT3, supplied by Antibodies.com under the clone designation E18-H. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot, ELISA, immunoprecipitation and immunocytochemistry applications.

The antibody was raised against a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human AKT3 and binds the epitope located between Tyr452 and Pro466. It is provided as a liquid formulation in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:1,000 for WB and 1:100,000–1:200,000 for ELISA. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
