Anti-AKT2 Antibody [D16-H]

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone D16-H) targets AKT2 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent of IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human AKT2, and the antibody recognises the epitope located between Arg455 and Thr468. It is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, with 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500 for WB and 1:100,000–1:200,000 for ELISA. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
