Anti-AKT1 (phospho Y315) + AKT2 (phospho Y316) + AKT3 (phospho Y312) Antibody

Produced in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG targets the phospho-Y315 form of AKT1 together with the corresponding AKT2 (phospho Y316) and AKT3 (phospho Y312) phosphorylated forms. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide phosphorylated at tyrosine 315 of human AKT1, with the peptide sequence PEYLA. The reagent has been validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry (paraffin), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, and ELISA, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% ProClin 300, the antibody has been purified by antigen affinity chromatography. The reported molecular weight is 56 kDa, with additional predicted molecular weights of 48 kDa, 55 kDa, 51 kDa and 54 kDa. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000, IHC-P: 1:50–1:100, ICC/IF: 1:100–1:200, and ELISA: 1 µg/ml. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
