Anti-AKT1 (P125) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against AKT1 (P125). It is unconjugated and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-150 of Human AKT1. By specificity, the antibody detects endogenous levels of AKT1 protein and does not cross-react with AKT2 or AKT3. The target protein migrates at ~ 60 kDa.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
