Anti-AKT1 (M118) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 90–130 of human AKT1. It is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of AKT1 protein and does not cross-react with AKT2 or AKT3. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 60 kDa.
