Anti-Akt1 Antibody [C20-A]

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone C20-A) is raised against Akt1 and supplied as a liquid formulation in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 8.0) containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide.

The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB), ELISA, immunoprecipitation (IP), and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It recognises an epitope located between Asp462 and Gly478 of human AKT1, defined by an immunising peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of the protein.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:5,000 for WB and 1:100,000–1:200,000 for ELISA. The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
