Anti-Akt1 Antibody

The unconjugated antibody is purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen — a synthetic peptide derived from human Akt1 around the non-phosphorylation site of S246 — and detects endogenous levels of Akt1 protein in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
