Anti-Akt1 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody for research use, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Akt1 and is supplied at 50 µl per vial. It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, raised in Rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography against a synthetic peptide derived from the human Akt1 sequence (UniProt P31749). The antibody has been validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF) and ELISA, making it suitable for routine detection of endogenous Akt1 across a broad panel of sample types. It shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, so it can be used in cross-species cell and tissue work. Each lot is provided at approximately 1 mg/mL in a stabilizing buffer and is shipped cold; for long-term storage it should be kept at –20 °C in aliquots to limit freeze/thaw cycles, with short-term storage possible at 4 °C.
