Anti-Akt1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal raised against Akt1 (also referenced as AKT1). It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100-200 of human AKT1 (NP_005154.2), with the reported immunogen sequence TTAIQTVADGLKKQEEEEMDFRSGSPSDNSGAEEMEVSLAKPKHRVTMNEFEYLKLLGKGTFGKVILVKEKATGRYYAMKILKKEVIVAKDEVAHTLTENR. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The target has a molecular weight of 60 kDa, and the concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:100, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:100.
