Anti-Akt1 / 3 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent recognizes Akt1 and cross-reacts with Akt3, making it suitable for studies of the PI3K/Akt signaling axis across multiple species. Validated for Western Blotting (1:500–1:1,000), Immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:100) and ELISA (1:40,000), the IgG isotype antibody is unconjugated and supplied as a 50 µL liquid aliquot. It is raised in rabbit, purified by antigen-affinity chromatography from rabbit serum and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with an immunogen corresponding to a synthetic peptide derived from the human AKT1/3 region.
