Anti-AKT (phospho-Y326) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against AKT (phospho-Y326). It is unconjugated and validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human AKT1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 326. The antibody detects endogenous levels of AKT1 only when phosphorylated at Tyr326, and also recognises AKT2 and AKT3 when phosphorylated at the corresponding residues. The expected molecular weight is approximately 60 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
