Anti-AKT (phospho-T308) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against AKT phosphorylated at threonine 308 and detects endogenous levels of the protein only in that phosphorylated state. The unconjugated reagent is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry, with reactivity established for human samples and noted parenthetically for mouse and rat.

Provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, the antibody has a molecular weight of ~60 kDa. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
