Anti-AKT (P470) Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody recognizes AKT (Protein Kinase B), a serine/threonine kinase that sits at the core of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling axis governing cell growth, survival, glucose metabolism, and proliferation. The immunogen corresponds to the region surrounding residue 470 of AKT, giving the reagent a defined epitope for tracking total AKT protein levels in research samples.
