Anti-AKT (F469) Antibody

Raised in rabbit, this polyclonal antibody targets AKT — also known as Protein Kinase B (PKB) — a serine/threonine kinase that occupies a central node in PI3K signaling and regulates cell survival, proliferation, glucose metabolism, and angiogenesis. The immunogen corresponds to the F469 region within the conserved kinase domain, a stretch shared across AKT isoforms, which broadens the recognition profile while preserving isoform-relevant detection.
