Anti-AKT (A444) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting AKT at the A444 epitope, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 420–470 of Human AKT1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of total AKT protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The expected molecular weight of the target is ~60 kDa.
